The Secret Behind Creative Cities

Some cities turn out to be more dynamic than others - why? All cities have one in common – people, but why do people in one city succeed in creating a creative and innovative city while others do not?  What are the underlying dynamics? How does a creative environment come about enabling cities to become an innovative hub?

This evening's expert panelists:

  • Dorthe Skot Hansen, Head of Centre for Cultural Policy Studies, The Royal School of Library and Information Science
  • Neil McInroy, Chief executive of the Centre for Local Economic Strategies, UK
  • Trevor Davies, Project manager for Aarhus 2017

After a short presentation from the individual experts from the panel the audience is invited to join the debate.
